Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Tech Practice Leader for Migration and Modernization to drive strategy, offerings, and growth across AWS-based transformations for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You will own bookings, lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers, shape value propositions, run executive workshops, and scale repeatable delivery patterns while collaborating with Accenture's AWS partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud architecture, technology consulting, platform engineering, or transformation delivery.
• 8+ years in hands-on AWS migration, modernization, architecture, engineering, or operations.
• 5+ years leading and scaling a migration or modernization practice with teams of 25-50.
• Experience delivering at least 15 AWS migration or modernization engagements and senior technical sponsorship for key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define migration and modernization strategy, services portfolio, and growth roadmap.
• Lead offerings across discovery, migration planning, landing zones, and modernization paths.
• Own bookings and revenue growth, shaping proposals and pipeline.
• Sponsor priority deals and lead executive presentations and technical close.
