Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a senior migration/modernization leader in the NAMER BD division to drive multi-billion-dollar pipeline and oversee a world-class advisory team.

You will own strategy, talent development, and engagement quality while directly leading complex enterprise engagements with CxO and IT leaders. • Experience leading teams that sell and deliver migration/modernization engagements to enterprise customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with senior executives across AWS and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of migration/modernization advisors and define its strategy and priorities.
• Own team operating model, engagement quality, and KPI performance for NAMER divisions.
• Engage with CxO and IT leaders on priority accounts and migration deals.
• Author and promote migration/modernization methods, tools, and enablement content.
