Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Delivery Lead for the AWS Migrations practice, focusing on end-to-end migration engagements from kickoff through stabilization. You will lead cross-functional teams, participate in architecture discussions, and drive risk mitigation to deliver on time and within scope.

The role blends technical delivery with client partnership, requiring hands-on leadership and a strong delivery background in cloud modernization and AWS migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical delivery leadership, engineering leadership, or consulting within cloud or modernization spaces.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, compute, storage, IAM) and hands-on migration experience.
• Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery with ability to clarify technical ambiguity.
• Nice-to-Haves: Active AWS Certifications, regulated frameworks experience, or consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS migration projects across discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization; collaborate with Solutions Architects and Engineers on strategies.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for migration clients, managing scope, risks, and escalations; run status calls and QBRs with Sales and Solutions Architecture.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, enforce delivery standards, and maintain milestones using Jira and Azure DevOps.
