Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc. seeks a Delivery Lead for AWS migrations. You will own successful execution of migration engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding architecture discussions from kickoff to stabilization.

The role emphasizes client partnership, risk mitigation, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of delivery leadership in cloud or modernization, deep AWS awareness, and hands-on migration experience.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical delivery leadership, engineering leadership, or consulting within cloud or modernization spaces.
Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, compute, storage, IAM).
Hands-on experience running large-scale cloud migrations.
Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum delivery experience with ability to clarify ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead migration projects from discovery through stabilization and post-migration support.
Partner with Solutions Architects and Engineers on migration strategies and rollback plans.
Manage client expectations, scope, risks, and escalations; lead status calls and quarterly reviews.
