Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive technology-enabled transformation in operations and exception management, bridging business and technology teams and leading AWS-based modernization.

You will define roadmaps and KPIs, coordinate with Operations, Product, and Technology, and translate requirements into scalable cloud and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in Operations/Exception Management or Financial Services domains.
Delivered AWS-based projects and cloud transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of AWS services to collaborate with architects and engineers.
Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI applications in business operations.
Proven requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and agile delivery skills.
Knowledge of banking operations, reconciliation, investigations, or transaction processing.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify and prioritize exception management opportunities.
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from requirements to rollout.
Drive AWS-based modernization projects using cloud-native services.
Incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities to automate processes and improve investigations.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specs for engineering teams.
Define roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and measure business impact.
