Responsibilities

• Drive the Incident Response postmortem that stops the Myrtle Beach outage from recurring
• Keep Unilever's Decision Making dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Catch the unfussy Decision Making regression in staging before it ever reaches Myrtle Beach customers
• Read the PagerDuty stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using PagerDuty
• Tune Kubernetes caching so Unilever survives the Myrtle Beach launch spike on the same hardware
• Translate Load Balancing metrics into the one chart Unilever leadership checks each morning
