Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity.
• Drive the Kubernetes incident postmortem to prevent outages.
• Stress-test resilience systems and harden them where they fail.
• Sketch the Kubernetes architecture, defend it in review, then implement it.
• Keep resilience schemas backward-compatible to avoid breaking upgrades.
• Negotiate RabbitMQ tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Ship the Packer rewrite to reduce technical debt.
