Yoh Services LLC is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer for a 7+ month contract in Plano, TX. The role covers maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, implementing SRE practices, and supporting incident management in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Jenkins experience, strong observability skills, and the ability to contribute to automation and on‑call support. This position offers opportunities to collaborate with software, operations, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or production engineering environments.
• Hands‑on with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development or support.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, alerting, and production support practices.
• Experience with incident management and production troubleshooting.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call support.
• Some programming or scripting experience.
• Familiarity with source control and IDEs.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Support DevOps automation, deployment processes, and release readiness.
• Apply SRE principles to improve observability, stability, and performance.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health with observability tools.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to production issues.
• Support incident management through the TOC.
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to improve reliability and delivery.
• Use development tools and scripting to automate tasks.
