Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is hiring an Associate Cloud Engineer (AWS) in Farmers Branch, TX with a hybrid onboarding period of 3 days onsite per week for the first two months, then full remote. You will deploy, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure, write IaC templates, and automate operational tasks while collaborating with development, security, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on AWS infrastructure in production
• IaC templates using CloudFormation or Terraform
• Working knowledge of AWS core services: compute, storage, networking, security
• Python/Bash/PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience with monitoring/alerting (CloudWatch, PagerDuty)
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines
• Git-based workflows familiarity
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• Exposure to multi-account AWS environments (AWS Organizations/Control Tower)
• Cost governance, security controls, and DR/backups in AWS
• Windows workloads in cloud and related Microsoft tech exposure

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, and support AWS infrastructure across environments
• Write/maintain IaC using CloudFormation or Terraform
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual work
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and app issues; perform root-cause analysis
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for deployments
• Monitor with CloudWatch; respond to performance, security issues
• Implement AWS security controls and IAM management
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and DR procedures
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
• Collaborate with development, security, and infra teams
