Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience (troubleshooting and repair).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix; troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders including engineers, developers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance and change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements based on operational issue analysis.
• Assist in interviewing, training and onboarding new team members.
