• Experience in transactional work, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Providing business-line counseling to infrastructure engineering and supply chain teams to enable development, manufacture, deployment, and maintenance of AWS cloud infrastructure worldwide.
• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and technology-related agreements (development, supply, manufacturing services, software licensing, services).
• Advising business partners on legal, commercial, operational, and other risks.
• Developing and implementing vendor engagement, contractual, and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve commercial, operational, compliance, regulatory, security, safety, legal, and customer/vendor issues.
