Qualifications

• 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service and licensing agreements with enterprise customers and partners, ranging from standard contracts to complex, high-value strategic alliances
• Provide legal support for local and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance and managing legal considerations across global expansion efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and business stakeholders to integrate legal perspectives into commercial negotiations and business decisions
• Analyze contract terms and risk factors in technology licensing and service agreements, identifying issues and recommending solutions that align with business objectives
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and evolving legal considerations in cloud computing and technology services to inform strategic legal guidance
