Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel for Enterprise Engineering to partner with engineering and product teams on legal strategy for AI and internal services. You’ll navigate AI regulation, data rights, privacy and IP while enabling scalable innovation.

You will draft and negotiate technology licenses and other contracts, advise on regulatory and security implications, and contribute to building robust legal processes that support fast, responsible innovation across AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in enterprise tech or AI
• Knowledge of AI regulation, privacy, data rights and IP
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for internal services and AI products
• Advise engineering and product teams on privacy, IP, compliance, and deployment
• Draft and negotiate technology licensing agreements and other commercial contracts
• Provide strategic input on business decisions from a legal perspective and build scalable processes
