Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational tasks. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams on deployment, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives, contributing to live products and process improvements.

The role involves a collaborative AWS Systems Engineering team ensuring scalable infrastructure across Nursing Health Education products, with focus on reliability and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC tools.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and CI tools like Github Actions.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in AWS.
• Assist in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Support documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Support process improvements and automation efforts.
