Job summary

The role involves a collaborative AWS Systems Engineering team ensuring scalable infrastructure across Nursing Health Education products, with focus on reliability and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC tools.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and CI tools like Github Actions.

Working in partnership with product and engineering teams, this role involves supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives, contributing to live products, and supporting process improvement

About the team -This collaborative team of AWS Systems Engineers is entrusted with ensuring all products within our Nursing Health Education domain are flawlessly scaled with our AWS Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment(AWS).
• Assisting in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contributing to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Supporting documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Supporting process improvements and automation efforts.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or Dev Ops tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS). have a foundational understanding of Cloud and DevOps tools and a proactive attitude toward operational support and automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Have support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments.
• Possess a proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command-line tools, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with continuous integration tools like Github Actions
