Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud migration and implementation projects. You will combine technical know-how with strong project leadership to align customer outcomes with AWS-based solutions and best practices, including Well-Architected and CAF frameworks.

You will drive technical discussions, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining credibility across teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or engagement management leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
