Job summary

Amazon AWS ProServe ENGAGEMENT MANAGER is responsible for leading and delivering complex cloud solution projects. You will guide technical decisions, ensure alignment with customer outcomes, and apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework principles.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, decompose problems, and manage risks while maintaining credibility with engineering leadership and customers. Strong PM skills and AWS certification objectives are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in project management of technical programs.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in Agile and implementation of project management tool sets (Confluence, Jira, RallyDev, VersionOne, Taiga, etc.) and source code management products.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
