Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud migration and implementation projects within the ProServe organization in the United States.

You will balance business goals with technical strategy and guide multi-disciplinary teams to successful cloud outcomes. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise IT engagements, Agile leadership, and deep AWS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions to align outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
