Job summary

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical proficiency with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients.

You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, guide engineering discussions, manage risks, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or engagement management leading multiple projects.
3+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and aligning with customer outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
