Accenture Flex is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to develop and enhance software solutions across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

This role requires being onsite 3+ days per week with the client in one of the following locations: Pennington, NJ, or Charlotte NC.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualification

• Master proficiency in Amazon Web Services AWS
• Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering is desired

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
