Accenture Flex offers a local fixed-duration, project-based role based in Charlotte, NC, onsite with the client three days per week. You will define data requirements, model data architectures, and collaborate across teams to drive data-driven solutions.

• Take ownership of specific data architecture components and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data integration strategies to enhance system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related challenges.
• Participate actively in solution design discussions to influence and improve data management approaches.
• This role is based in Charlotte, NC and requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week.
• There is also a 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application. You will model and design the application data structure storage and integration to ensure efficient and effective data management. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in data modeling and architecture
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data integration strategies to enhance system interoperability

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling is required
• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Data Access Data Architecture Principles and AI Data Strategy is suggested
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
