Job summary

3DS seeks a Managed Services Engineer to operate, maintain, automate, and improve cloud-based platforms used for real-time Unreal Engine visualizations. You will ensure reliable cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes deployments on EKS, and robust CI/CD pipelines with monitoring and incident handling.

You will collaborate with software and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, observable, and cost-efficient platform operations across AWS and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Kubernetes deployment experience, especially on EKS.
• Maintaining and improving GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Experience with monitoring/logging using Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and managed services on AWS.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Support Helm charts, manifests, and deployment configuration workflows.
