Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to operate and optimize cloud platforms supporting Unreal Engine-based visualization tools. You will manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes on EKS, and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring secure, observable, and cost-efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Unreal Engine developers, software engineers, and DevOps teams to improve deployments, monitoring, and incident response while enabling smooth handoffs to production.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on AWS
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes/EKS
• Support GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Maintain monitoring and observability with Grafana/Loki/Prometheus
• Manage cost efficiency across cloud environments
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps for production handover

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes on EKS
• Support Helm charts, manifests, and rollout strategies
• Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and observability (Grafana/Prometheus)
• Ensure security practices and data protection standards are followed
