Job summary

Dassault Systemes is hiring a Managed Services Engineer to operate, maintain, and optimize cloud-based platforms supporting Unreal Engine visualizations. You will work with AWS, EKS, GitLab CI/CD, and observability tools to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient operations.

The role involves incident handling, production handover, and collaboration with software teams to deliver reliable cloud services and streaming workflows.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot apps on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
• Support Kubernetes deployment workflows including Helm charts and rollout strategies.
• Maintain and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, deployments, and releases.
• Operate monitoring, logging, and observability with Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
• Monitor health, performance, availability, reliability, and cost across cloud environments.
• Support backend services, APIs, session management, authentication, orchestration, and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and managed services.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes, especially EKS.
• Support Kubernetes workflows with Helm charts, manifests, and rollout strategies.
• Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, deployments and releases.
• Manage monitoring/observability with Grafana, Loki, Prometheus.
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, reliability, and cost efficiency across clouds.
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth handover from development to production.
