Overview

Transaction Network Services (TNS), a Koch Industries company, is seeking a talented and motivated AWS Cloud Architect. This role involves establishing strategy and architecture for cloud services, primarily AWS, as the company adopts cloud technologies at an increasing rate.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute cloud computing strategies by architecting cloud infrastructure assets to meet TNS’ business goals
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure and cloud-native applications
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on industry best practices for cloud technologies

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in a Software Development Engineering environment
• 5+ years of practical experience with AWS architecture, designing, supporting cloud infrastructure and applications
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible), and scripting (Python, Java, Bash)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom industry or global organizational support
• Knowledge of ML, data analysis, visualization, Big Data technologies
• Certifications in Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• AWS Cloud Architecture Certification (required)

Additional Details
