Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up and major renovation projects.
• Background in commercial, industrial, federal, educational, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to lead project teams and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and clients.
• Drive schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and successful project closeout.
