Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, options, and technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Receive leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from Sales BDC.
• Sales sells all products including aftermarket and backend products.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
• Bring your A game and positive attitude with you every day.
