Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II— Awake Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in our community. You will provide daily support, document progress, and follow ISP/BSP plans in a residential setting.

You will work Sunday–Tuesday 10pm–8am with one staff meeting monthly; starting pay is $20.50/hour, with location-based differentials. This is a role focused on dignity, respect, and helping participants achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide daily living assistance and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and monitor health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
