Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Duluth, MN. This role focuses on empathy, respect, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges, supporting daily living activities and safe, nurturing care.

The position offers awake overnight hours (11 pm–7 am) with full-time or part-time options, location-specific pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration, documentation.
• Work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Administer basic first aid as needed.
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them.
