Synova Group is hiring an Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional in Lake Lillian, MN. You will sleep when the individual is stable but remain responsible for safety and be ready to wake and assist as needed, supporting people with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.

The role emphasizes building relationships, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring health and safety.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Have experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Have access to an insured vehicle.
• Successfully pass a DHS background study.
• Have basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and support social connections.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care tasks.
• Support health and safety needs and behavior support strategies.
• Administer medications according to training and procedures.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Document services and events using an online system.
• Encourage independence while providing required support.
