Meridian Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Golden Valley, MN for awake overnight shifts. You will assist individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, meal prep, transportation, and community activities while supporting them to reach personal goals.

The role requires English proficiency, reliable transportation with insurance, and DHS background clearance. Experience with autism or intellectual disabilities is preferred; schedule options span multiple locations and

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for adult programs.
• Must be 21+ for youth programs.
• Proficient in spoken and written English language.
• Must have a vehicle to use for work with current car insurance.
• Successful clearance of a DHS Background Study.

Responsabilités

• Work on tailored outcomes with each person in the home.
• Assist with personal cares, meals, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Provide guidance and instructional teaching to build life skills.
• Provide supervision and transportation in the community, using a company vehicle or own vehicle.
