AHL HealthCare Group is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care for residents with disabilities or mental health challenges. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and advocacy in a warm, four-bedroom home setting across Duluth, Hermantown, and Saginaw.

Responsibilities include personal cares, daily living activities, medication administration, and collaboration with teammates to create a safe, dignified overnight experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy and build trust with residents.
• Work independently and problem-solve during the night shift.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
