Compensation:

• $17.50 - $19.00/hour depending on driving status and location hired for

Hours of Position:

• Full-time/Part-time
• Awake overnight shift, 11 pm – 7 am

• Duluth, MN 55803, 55808
• We are hiring Awake Overnight DSPs for program(s) located on the outskirts of Duluth - Driver's license is preferred but not required ($0.50/hour less for non-driver)

Typical Job Duties:

Although clients are typically asleep during the overnight hours, typical job duties include:

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers
• Medication administration, documentation
• Work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Administer basic first aid as needed
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them
