Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking dependable Overnight Direct Support Professionals to provide awake overnight support to adults with IDD in residential homes across Ocean County, New Jersey. Starting pay is $20.70 per hour with potential to earn up to $24.70 per hour through shift differentials and overtime; shifts are 11:00 PM–9:00 AM; full-time and part-time positions available.

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and providing mobility support.

• Maintain attentive overnight supervision for safety and wellbeing.
• Perform hourly status checks and overnight monitoring.
• Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies or medical concerns.
