Awake Overnight - Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Mankato, MN

Job Purpose: As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities during overnight hours. This role requires remaining awake for the entire shift to monitor health and safety, respond to individual needs or emergencies, and provide reassurance when needed. Responsibilities may also include assisting with personal care, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean, secure home. Every overnight shift is an opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered support that helps individuals feel safe and valued.

Schedule: Typically, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.

Location: Mankato, MN

Wage: Staff can receive up to $19.00 per hour, with the full breakdown below.

• $18.00 per hour for full-time and part-time employees.
• All awake overnight shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked.
