Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Rise).
• Medication Aide Certification (provided by Rise).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals receiving support in daily activities such as cooking and arts and crafts.
• Collaborate with treatment team members across settings to coordinate services.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation for services rendered.
• Model positive behavior and support participants in using appropriate language, dress, and manners.
