Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials and additional MAP certification bonuses.

Responsibilities include providing daily support, assisting with personal care and medications, implementing ISP/Behavior Support Plans, and mentoring other staff in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to promote independence.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
• Support community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Lead by training and mentoring other staff.
