Job summary

Tomorrow's Hope in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to provide attentive overnight care. You will assist with medications, promote independence, and build meaningful relationships while ensuring safety and well-being.

A compassionate, customer-focused attitude is essential for helping adults with developmental disabilities live securely in their homes and communities. Starting pay is $17.75/hour with eligibility for benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years.
• Valid Idaho Driver's License (or other state license for 60 days).
• Clearance from Department Of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit.
• Have a GED or higher.
• Certified in CPR/FA, Mandt and Assistance with Medication Administration (can complete within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, awake overnight support and care.
• Assist with medications and medication accountability.
• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift.
• Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights.
