Job summary

Tomorrow's Hope is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our Supported Living team. You will provide attentive overnight care to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them live independently and safely in their homes and communities.

This full-time role includes medication support, promoting independence, building meaningful relationships, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Idaho driver’s license (or other state license for 60 days).
• Clearance from Department Of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit.
• GED or higher is required.
• Certified in CPR/FA, Mandt and Assistance with Medication Administration (can complete within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift.

Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional

Do you have a caring heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others live their best lives? Tomorrow's Hope is looking for an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our amazing Supported Living team!

This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, awake overnight support and care
• Assist with medications and medication accountability
• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
• Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:

• Assistance With Medications certification
• Good driving record

Full-Time Schedule:

• Every other Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Requirements
