Job summary

Cascade Connections is seeking Overnight Awake Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living, community activities, and medical care per care plans, while maintaining professionalism and adhering to policies.

Awake overnight staff must stay awake during shifts, meet licensing requirements, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team to ensure client safety and progress. This is a full-time, shift-based role with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
• Willing to follow drug-free workplace policy and pass drug testing
• Organized and efficient
• Able to work independently and in a group
• Able to perform personal care and housekeeping tasks
• Able to cover non-standard hours (evenings and weekends)
• Able to work with diverse clients with respect
• Meets additional requirements stated by the program

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans (PCSP/IISPs) and document progress
• Follow PBSPs and FAs; implement strategies for challenging behaviors
• Assist with medication administration and maintain MAR records
• Help clients complete ADLs and basic household tasks
• Support community access and transport arrangements
• Maintain professional boundaries and communicate with guardians and healthcare providers
