Job summary

Cascade Connections is seeking overnight staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them reach their potential intellectually, emotionally, and physically. The role includes assisting with ADLs, daily living skills, and community activities, while following individualized care plans and strict safety procedures.

Overnight staff must stay awake during shifts, adhere to drug-free policies, and complete essential trainings and certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.
• Willing to follow drug-free workplace policy and background checks.
• Organized and efficient.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Capable of personal care and housekeeping tasks.
• Must be able to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work with diverse clients in varying settings.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily needs as outlined in care plans and ADLs.
• Assist with daily life skills and community integration through outside activities.
• Provide care in medical-related tasks as appropriate and document appropriately.
• Follow agency policies and adhere to state regulations and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect client confidentiality.
• Complete documentation like MAR, ISPs, PBSPs, and PBSP-related plans.
