Seven Hills Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in the community. Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials for location and qualifications; asleep hours are $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active US driver’s license from state of residence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to build independence at home and in the community.
• Follow ISP and BSP plans and assist with personal care and medications.
• Support individuals in community activities and appointments.
• Train and mentor other staff and maintain accurate documentation.
