Job summary

The Caring Community of Conn Inc is seeking an Awake Overnight Staff for Sylvia House (Lebanon). The role covers Thu–Sun nights with shifts from 11pm to 8am, offering a consistent overnight schedule in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, basic medical tasks, and documentation. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a high school diploma or GED. Benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and behavioral support plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration according to required training and certification.
• Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals from abuse and neglect.
• Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner.
• Attend required training and maintain CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications.
• Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.

Location: Sylvia House (Lebanon)

Schedule: Open Shift

Pay: $20.16/hr

Days: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun

Weekly schedule: Thu 11p-8a | Fri 11p-8a | Sat 11p-8a | Sun 11p-8a
