Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. seeks an AVP, People Systems and Integrations to lead design, delivery and support of Workday integrations and HR tech solutions.

You will oversee specialized contingent workers and act as the technical liaison between HR Systems, Enterprise IT, Security and business stakeholders. The role drives operational excellence, scalability and continuous improvement across People Technology, partnering with HR and IT teams to deliver seamless data exchanges and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by others (direct reports or contingent workers).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday APIs and Web Services, Core Connectors, PECI/payroll integrations, XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and data exchanges.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API-based integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the People Systems organization and Enterprise IT teams.
• Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation practices.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday releases and new implementations.
