Qualifications

• 5+ years of underwriting construction industry segments required.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required.
• Expertise in loss-sensitive programs, pricing, and risk analysis preferred.
• Retail brokerage network base in the Midwest territory required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss-sensitive construction programs
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in Midwest territory
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development
