Qualifications

• 5+ years of underwriting in construction industry segments.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, Workers' Comp, and Auto coverages.
• Expertise in loss-sensitive programs, pricing, and risk analysis.
• Retail brokerage network base in the Midwest territory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate submissions, identify exposures, and structure loss-sensitive construction programs.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail brokers in the Midwest.
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development.
