Based in the Phoenix area, you will evaluate submissions, structure guaranteed cost construction programs, and manage relationships with retail brokers across the Western territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments required.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required.
• Expertise in guaranteed cost construction business ideal.
• Retail brokerage network base in the western territory required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored guaranteed cost construction business.
• Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage.
• General Contractors, Specialty Trades, Heavy Construction, etc.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the Western territory with a focus on Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development.
