We are seeking an experienced AVP Underwriter to underwrite midmarket construction casualty business. This role blends technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth. • Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the Northeast territory
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development
