Job summary

State Street is seeking an AVP to lead Transfer Agency and Intermediary Oversight for funds, reporting to the Fund’s Deputy Treasurer. The role oversees TA operations, governance, and intermediary relationships, driving continuous improvement and board-ready reporting.

The ideal candidate has deep TA experience, strong governance mindset, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver accurate, timely servicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in transfer agency or financial intermediary operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of DTCC/Mutual Fund Profile II, DST Vision and Financial Intermediary portals.
• Strong governance mindset and ability to create board-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mutual fund operations across multiple Transfer Agents.
• Review and manage intermediary payments and servicing arrangements.
• Lead quarterly meetings and cross-functional coordination with service providers.
• Prepare quarterly board reporting and high-quality material for governance reviews.
