Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience leading technology projects, teams, and software/infrastructure delivery initiatives.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Experience utilizing cloud technologies, enterprise apps, data platforms, or AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals while fostering a high-performing team.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of technology solutions and enterprise apps.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage project delivery including planning, resources, risk, budgeting, and execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, security, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, regulatory obligations, and policies.
• Develop and maintain procedures for monitoring, incident management, continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Contribute to technology strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
• Communicate status, risks, and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools.
